It was clear from our early discussions with Respironics
that they needed not only strategic consultancy
services but also marketing tacticians. HC has
therefore provided a retained service, operating
as an external marketing department to the team
based in West Sussex.
Liaising with the UK-based sales team, HC devised
and implemented marketing activity at both corporate
and product levels across the company’s specialist
healthcare markets. Work included a wide variety
of services from public relations to media planning,
DM campaigns and exhibition support.
The sales teams have reported a significant increase
in awareness amongst the target market, with a greater
understanding of key capabilities and product benefits.
