Tenpin, the UK’s leader in bowling-based leisure sites, runs regional and seasonal campaigns across both traditional and on-line media. The team at Hare Carding were asked to produce a cost-effective, innovative campaign to support the generation of footfall across all sites.

Our Solution
The digital team at Hare Carding created a sophisticated email template, with associated management tools, which allows the managers at each site to generate personalised promotional emails to their own regional customers while retaining centralised control over brand imagery and messages.
Results
Campaigns include a mixture of awareness and footfall or booking generation and results are tracked on a sales conversion bases. Both head office and localised sites have been delighted with the simplicity of this tool and its ability to offer tactical, local offers without the cost of print and post.
