Background
English Courtyard is an award winning luxury retirement housing developer, based in the Thames Valley, with over 25 years’ experience of designing, building and managing high quality cottages, houses and apartments across the UK. As part of the integrated account activity, the creative team at Hare Carding has developed a number of initiatives across the marketing mix.

English Courtyard consistently enjoys 50% of its reservations ‘off-plan’, which in itself shows how strong the brand is within the sector. In addition to local advertising, the marketing team has an extensive database of individuals who are waiting for a new or ‘re-sale’ property to become available within their locality.
